I got a call at work one morning from the Barclay's card - asking if I'd used it in Mexico in the last 10 minutes to purchase a phone card. I said no, sinc eI was currently in OKC. They cancelled the card and sent me a knew one. I'd been back from a trip to the East coast less than a week. I thought that was pretty good service, not flinching on the trip, but catching the sudden use in Mexico. Also, there is no service charge on the card ---
