I'll take a peak under the rear, sure hope I haven't already collapsed
the tank.  I doubt it though.  I've been suspicious of the strainer for
awhile, car had some microbial bloom when I got it.

If the tank vent is clogged, your fuel capacity might be 12.7 gallons.
Does the tank look like a deflated football?

Otherwise, replace the filters, and if that doesn't work, clean the
strainer next time you're low on fuel.
