I have one of those too, it works fine except you need to refill it from
those butane cans for lighters, which can get a little pricey.

Wilton if you have access 3/8 drive air gun and a good tight 6 side
socket you might try that. Rattle it back and forth a few times while
pushing down as hard as you can and it might come loose. Then again it
might wring it off if the gun is good and strong. The idea is that the
vibrations should help loosen the bolt rather then the strength of the
gun.
