Nissan had some pretty nice 6's especially the old inline dohc 3.0 which was used in their trucks and the Maxima. The later 3.0 was a V6 which was twin turbo charged and put into the 300Z and made about 300 HP. Didn't they also use the BMW turbodiesel at some point? Though the Nissan unit would be preferable, still a few of the old Maximas running around with rusty bodies, just waiting to be used engine donors ;-)....
