So looking at the fuel tank diagram, it appears that the filter is at the bottom of the tank, as are the hose connections. That makes sense I guess. So it appears that I need to drain the tank, remove it, and then do whatever to check if it is full of crap, change the filter, etc. It is not accessible from the bottom, under the car (though I guess I would need to drain the tank, which is half full, anyway)?
