Just a side air intake, same as the 1987 190D turbo. I don't know why all
the 2.5 turbos had intake through the fender and the 3.0s didn't, but it
makes a good way to tell if a 190D has a turbo or not.
The non-turbo 1995 E300D has the fender slits too!
