I have not filled the tank on that car in six months. I have Gump to
deal with and she drives it, odd hours, I am either taking kids to
school or asleep when she leaves or gets home.

I used some 2 part epoxy sold for fuel tanks, on my 240D and it had
held for
the last 2 years. It was on a crack on a flat surface and not a
corner so if
it's the corner it may or may not work. Is there a strong vacuum on
the tank
cap when you fill it from near empty?

fuel is leaking into the boot. Been leaving a puddle in the garage
last
few weeks, but SWMBA has the car so never got to check it until
now. It ate
out the rubber bits for the drain under the fill door. Pulled the
junk out
by the CD. Leak is coming in at the bottom corner, but hard to
tell where
it comes in. Half tank and it is leaking in.
What do I use to weld this? Torch?
