I have a toyota previa. I do not love that car. It is a crap hauler, and smells like baby vomit. It is AWD, so I take it hunting or the dump. Back up car that SWMBA wanted gone because I would not part with Gump.

I think you just need a 3rd car, or rather Gump should become your third car.

Your SECOND car (the one you drive when Gump is down) should be something you HATE. I'm thinking an 8 year old Corolla... It'll cost about $2000. A Geo Prism is the same car, you might be able to save a little cash there. They'll go forever on relatively little $$ in repairs but are absolutely not fun in any way.

Are you talking about the cap for the oil pump drive? That should be

The larger issue is the oil escaping from the big bolt near the fuel
filter. The one that screws into the block and holds the IP, oil
pump and Vac pump in line. Lots and lots of oil escaping. Much
blow by in the valve cover, just makes the leak there worse. Car
doctor thinks it would require too much shop time, so .....
