I'd forgotten about the kick-down switch, which will have to be
transferred
to the gold car.
The cruise control amp is different, and there's a switch on the clutch.
The neutral safety switch wiring harness must also be swapped, and
there's a damper on the manny's throttle to move too, and the whole
throttle linkage is different.
The nut plates for the transmission rear mounting cross member seem to
be
held in place - I need to move them for the different trannys
I think they may be captive nuts that pop into holes, rather
than floating plates. I don't remember the exact details, but
I also had to deal with this.
