Don't know as I would use rubber hose like that for something I'm going to eat off of.

The trick to not breaking the copper pipe BTW is to disconnect it first before you try to move the dishwasher. Kind of late now I realize but maybe next time.

You could add a piece to the old pipe by using a compression union but you would still have to have one end flared by someone or get a flare tool from HF. They don't cost much and may come in handy later. Of course the compression union might cost as much as a whole new piece of copper tube the right length.

1000psi plastic hose is hard to work with.  I would avoid that.
Stick with a black rubber hose.
