I don't know anything about the engine in the 6.9, but labor on the hydro suspension on my thus-equipped Euro 126 has been ridiculously easy---not something I'd ever consider paying a shop to do unless I were physically incapable of crawling under the car (knock on wood) or decided I didn't want a hydraulic-fluid shampoo today.
