Check to make sure the stop lever comes all the way up -- they can
get bent and stick, and if it's even part way down, it will restrict
fuel flow enough to make for a hard start.
Also check for a bent bracket holding the control lever down hard,
this can also hang the fuel rack.
So will a swapped vacuum line, by the way - if vac is applied as you
crank, the stop lever stays down.
