Not much as a tabletop demonstration! I did some searching on the web and found that it was called, "Tickling the dragon's tail." I found lots of references to the 'ootching slugs of metal near each other on a table' experiments that killed two people, the second of which was Louis Slotin. See http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Louis_Slotin. I also found one reference to dropping material through holes. That also lists, in reverse chronological order, all of the criticality accidents to 30 Jan 1968. It's at http://www.cddc.vt.edu/host/atomic/accident/critical.html Craig _______________________________________ http://www.okiebenz.com For new and used parts go to www.okiebenz.com To search list archives http://www.okiebenz.com/archive/ To Unsubscribe or change delivery options go to: http://okiebenz.com/mailman/listinfo/mercedes_okiebenz.com
