Peter - Funny you mention temperature sensor - I have one loose in the
intake area for which I cannot find the correct location. Windshield
was recently replaced, but whoever replaced the windshield prior to me
screwed up all the rain gutters and seals at the bottom of the
windshield (as well as doing other damage which turned a $300
replacement into a $800 replacement due to required rust remediation).
Last night I finally had time to install the new seals/gutters (Thanks
Rusty!) and noticed this sensor again. I really need to dig into the
manual and figure out where it's supposed to go, right now it's simply
placed on top if the intake filter.

Applying 12v makes the monovalve go to the full hot position, right? I
also remember reading that the insert can leak, and pulling it out for a
visual inspection should reveal the problem if present.

That or a bad temp sensor, or loose connection. Verify that the cabin
temp suction fan is working, and that the monovalve is holding.

My Mom's TE is doing this, I plan to re-solder the PBCU connectors soon
to see if I can fix it, everything else is good.
