Location of this switch? I've been told that one can adjust/clean this switch to possibly correct this problem. TIA.
Neutral safety switch is on the side of the transmission. Big messy PITA to get at, of course. Can be disassembled and cleaned, I've done it. (Drill out rivets, replace with suitable screws.) Way easier to just get another one.
