The transmission mount is suspect -- hard vibration on acceleration
because the output shaft is bouncing up and down. Replace it (and
the engine mounts -- if the center bearing mount was bad, the rest of
the rubber is too!).
Otherwise, check that center mount again, and remove the drive shaft
and check the u-joint. They usually cause "muffler noise" when they
go bad, but it's possible the joint is only delfecting seriously
under heavy load.
