Hail damage? No problem, bring your hair dryer and can-o-air, if the you-tube link shared earlier is to be believed.
I'm seriously considering giving that a shot on my '95, which has a few dings/dents. I'm wondering if using a heat gun vice a hair dryer would improve the process, or would that risk damaging the paint? Also, using a non-contact thermometer to measure temperatures could add an element of control and perhaps improve successful outcomes. -Max ________________________________ From: Mitch Haley <[email protected]> To: Mercedes Discussion List <[email protected]> Sent: Thu, December 23, 2010 8:50:55 AM Subject: Re: [MBZ] Cheap CD in OK City Rolf wrote: > http://oklahomacity.craigslist.org/cto/2066366101.html > > Doesnt get much cheaper than that! That's not hail damage, it's an aerodynamic aid, like on a golf ball. heehee Mitch. _______________________________________ http://www.okiebenz.com For new and used parts go to www.okiebenz.com To search list archives http://www.okiebenz.com/archive/ To Unsubscribe or change delivery options go to: http://okiebenz.com/mailman/listinfo/mercedes_okiebenz.com _______________________________________ http://www.okiebenz.com For new and used parts go to www.okiebenz.com To search list archives http://www.okiebenz.com/archive/ To Unsubscribe or change delivery options go to: http://okiebenz.com/mailman/listinfo/mercedes_okiebenz.com
