That is always the question I ask.
I think this whole region is so mucked up with the payola schemes that
stuff does not happen unless there is payola of some sort.  I guess
some companies won't make that payola happen, so there are some
seeming modern areas that do not have services.  Of course, this is
not a high density area so there are many fewer subscribers per mile
to justify putting the infrastructure in place.  This house is
probably 55 years old, the area is unincorporated except for across
the street - flagpole annexation.
