That is always the question I ask. I think this whole region is so mucked up with the payola schemes that stuff does not happen unless there is payola of some sort. I guess some companies won't make that payola happen, so there are some seeming modern areas that do not have services. Of course, this is not a high density area so there are many fewer subscribers per mile to justify putting the infrastructure in place.
