I am working on 83 240D. Does anyone know if there is a difference in alternator mount and bracket between 83 and 77? Dieselhead is going to check his stash of W123 stuff to see if he has bracket and mount. Also, does anyone know? - is there difference between 240D & 300D alternator mounting and bracket?
