No good deed goes unpunished by the forces of socialism. Next thing
will be "fuel tax offset fees" for hybrids and electrics, because they
are not getting the usurious fuel taxes from petrol/diesel vehicles. It
never ends -- gotta pay for the modern social state somehow, and limit
freedoms of the sheeple.
