What he said - but it's a pressure line, not vacuum. there are little clamps
on it. You also need to clean out the fittings the hose attaches to, not
only the hose. As Dieselhead said, it's the side opposite of the turbo. It
measures the pressure in the intake manifold that is created by the turbo
and sends it to the control mechanisms. I think I just repeated what he said
- oh well.
