Luther, Here's what I would do: First I would remove the valve cover and drip oil over all the cams and rocker arms. I read this in a MB manual somewhere. Then I would run the starter with the GP relay disconnected until the oil pressure needle started to rise. Then I would fire it up and crack open a cold one when it settled down to a smooth idle.
