Depends on
1. which wheels you'd prefer to have on the 320.
2. if you'd rather have the 320 wheels, how hard/expensive would it be to
procure a set of scratched up (not bent up) winter wheels that fit your snows?
Whoever buys the 420 is unlikely to give you as much for the loose snows as
those snow tires are worth to you.
