Is a 124 switch the same as a 201?

I think I still have the ones from my '85 190D. I'd bought those from Q not all
that long ago, 2005 I guess.

After more disassembly, I find I was wrong, there IS a rod. The left
motor runs the back, the right motor runs the headrest up and down.
At this point, it seems there is no way to pull or adjust the rod.
It also seems like swapping the back will not be the easiest as I did
not take out the headrest of either seat. So it will be difficult to
find the pins to run the functions I need to run the headrest out,
and to remove the seat back wiring from the seat bottom.

So, I need to either find out how to adjust the rod..... OR
figure out the pin system to get out the headrest.

Headrest is also complicated by the fact that the door switch for
the seats has the headrest broken, so putting the seat back in to run
the headrest involves taking the panel off, the switch out and
manually jumpering the headrest switch. Probably easier just to
apply power to pins in the seat bottom randomly.
