In the Exorcist, the mom and the girl are driving away in a 70s S-class at the end - think it was a 280SEL 4.5, but I could be wrong.
My favorite benz film moments are Jack Nicholson driving a 600 in the Witches of Eastwick and the 6.9 in Ronin.
