What was the feedstock? Only thing I can think of in that capacity is perhaps soy oil. If all the yellow grease in the country was sent to this plant, as near as I can determine it would only run this plant 2 months.

Biggest plant in the country right now from the info I can find is:
RBF Port Neches LLC Port Neches TX multifeedstock 180 Million GPY

 that translates to 15MM Gallons per month.

If the 240 MM GPY plant is not operating, it would not be on this list:
