A cold induced vacuum leak would cause the opposite problem - no shut-off with the key. A sticky fuel rack in the injection pump might cause Andrew's car's problem. Cure might be Diesel Purge treatment, switch to M1 if not already in use, or simply pressing on the accelerator during cold start conditions. -- Max Dillon Charleston SC '95 E300, '87 300TD _______________________ _______________________________________ http://www.okiebenz.com For new and used parts go to www.okiebenz.com To search list archives http://www.okiebenz.com/archive/ To Unsubscribe or change delivery options go to: http://mail.okiebenz.com/mailman/listinfo/mercedes_okiebenz.com
