Put jack under the subframe/control arm on the side you are doing, and then remove the huge single bolts from that side. Lower assembly. Then you can get to the 2 swing bolts and undo them. Oh yea, dont forget to unbolt the shock and unbolt the caliper. Lower the arm down and the spring will fall out. Its not under very much pressure at all. Install is reverse.
