Makes ya wonder just how all these cel phone drivers survived before there
were cel phones in near everyone's pockets.
  Here in NY the law has been broadened to include gps devices, eating and
drinking and anything else that can be considerred distracted driving.  I
am almost never in favor of more laws governing our actions but in this
case I have to agree, for my safety and yours.  There are just too many
idiots doing it.
