This brings back memories. When I worked for Norfolk Dredging Co. in the '70s, they bought a barge from the Navy. The paint was peeling so horribly (like someone painted Latex over oil), that I named it the "Scrofulous." The name stuck and someone actually painted that on one end of the barge.
