Looking at a '99 Bonneville SSE for a friend. Nice clean one owner car, everything works. This has the normally aspirated Series II 3800. According to Wikipedia a bunch of these were recalled for cooling system problems due to Dex-Cool, and there's also an issue with cracking plastic intake manifolds on some cars. Any easy way to know whether I should be concerned with either?
