I owned a 2002 Grand Caravan that had consistent electrical issues,
seemed to be mostly computer-related.  The main symptom was that
occasionally all the electrical accessories would cut out (except
headlights, they must have been on a fail-safe circuit).  Annoying at
best, hazardous in a heavy rain to have the wipers quit.

Dealer tried several repairs under warranty; the problem always returned
eventually.  Mercifully it ended up being an insurance write-off after
an accident.  This was the car that made me realize that buying new did 
not necessarily mean fewer problems.
