TEX does have a much longer half life than leather. The cow hide cracks and discolors. Needs far too much kind loving to keep it nice. Getting the skins in Frosch back into shape has been a months long trial. The skins in the e300d are old and cracking. Annual care has not been able to reverse, but only marginally slow the damage. And with the swap in of a passenger seat with more damage, I have my work cut out for me.
