How much can you stretch pipe with one of the handheld units? They can
be bought cheaply. I have one but I have never used it.
I know the muffler shops use the fancy expensive machines to stretch
pipe but that is hydraulic etc.
Randy who thinks even if stretched to fit, welding is still a good idea
