Let's really go out on a limb and put helium in the tires.  Maybe the car
will float...ah, but then we'd probably have to certify it as
"Experimental" or something with the FAA.  Hey, turf war between EPA, DOT,
NHTSA, and FAA, and who knows what other agencies would join in?  Wow, I
gotta get on the road again.
