Sounds like battery to me, that's how all of mine have quit, although usually when cold out.

Easy to check -- turn the headlights on and crank. If they go out, it's likely the battery. Those starters don't usually exhibit the high internal resistance/slow crank thing the older ones do, they tend to lock up when the bushing wear out instead. In that case there is suddenly no starter motion at all, just the solenoid clicking but huge battery draw.
