That looks a little like my yard in Niceville FL after a small cat 1 storm. The only government assistance was from the county; they contracted to haul off debris after you piled it at the edge of the street. I had 110 ft of frontage piled up to the CATV cables (except at the driveway) after several storms. It was chain-saw serenade from sunup to sundown for a week. I live inland in NC now and I don't miss those days. I must be getting old.
