My kid got some Who swag, he's pleased. My wife, the semi-snobbish (occasionally) classical musician, received a banjo from her loving husband. I guess she liked it better than I had thought she would, she's been plucking away at it for the last hour...
"Here's your room, Maestro!" I guess the joke's on me! I gave her one box with a guitar bag in it, she guessed banjo, and unzipped it to find a frying pan with a stick taped to it inside. She thought that was funny. The next box had the axe in it. I brought out the tuner, and she looked at me like I was nuts. "It's a banjo", said she, and started plucking away.
