Follow the steps on page 46 (written p38) of: http://download.lenovo.com/ibmdl/pub/pc/pccbbs/mobiles_pdf/63y0640.pdf
1. Power off the computer, and then power it on again.
2. When the ThinkPad logo comes up, immediately press Enter key. The Rescue
and Recovery workspace opens.
3. Click Launch advanced Rescue and Recovery.
4. Click Diagnose hardware.

Run the "Power" FRU test.
