Hey Andrew, how are you? This is an official gratitude post for your
recommendation.  I met with Luis and he spent much time with me.  It was
a good education; he is awesome!  We found some additional areas in the
back windows at the >. I would have NEVER known to look there. I will
post some abreviated details soon.  I can now move on to the next step. 
I have put together a list of events surrounding this purchase, but not
sure if I should post all of it.  It is long and everyone may not want
to read all of that, if not I can send off the list, but I think it
could be important info for anyone.  I have attempted to just state the
facts.  I am also going to post photos on a website link.  This is not a
situation anyone wants to find themselves in.  I have been advised by
E-bay and the Montgomery Office of Consumer Affairs so far.  A big
thanks to everyone else who provided input.

Yes but it's in Rockville, MD: In and Out Auto Body. Very reasonable
and they do good work. Ask for Luis and say that I recommended them.
