If it should come out later with a diesel engine, a hybrid battery, and get 50+ mpg, Chris, I'd be in the market for one; but don't hold your breath until that happens.

It certainly is a departure from traditional Mercedes styling (I think one article I read said the new CLA had a better drag coefficient then the Prius), but it's growing on me. Of course nothing will compare to the iconic W201/W124/W126's.
