The cheap Chinese jacks leak because the rubber o rings fail. The high quality American or European made jacks use leather seals that last much longer. You get what you pay for. That being said I have a couple of Chinese jacks made by Larin that I bought about 15 yrs ago at BJs and they aren't leaking!
