On Euro Delivery, you had different choices. MomBNA dictated what we
could buy here, but on Euro Delivery you had more choices, not only
the loaded up (oxymoron for a 240D) MomBNA models
You must be talking gray market, no AC, no rear speakers, etc didn't occur
in US cars at that time, even 240Ds.
