I have not been able to get the lower lens out. The back of the blinker comes off easy. You might be able to dremel tool the tabs holding it in and somehow mate it to the good chrome. Try removing the blinker lens from the good chrome. See how that works and you might be able to learn about what you need to do to get the good lens off and swapped onto where it wants to go.
