Sadly, no, he will not get the boot. He's a Power Seller, which means he can do anything short of selling crack on eBay and get away with it. See, eBay makes money off these jokers, no matter how badly they screw their victims (er,I mean customers). That's why Big Buffoon is still around after years of continuous problems. He consistently gets eBay to remove a lot, if not most, of his negative feedbacks. Bottom line, eBay "officials" are not our friends - they are interested in making money. Extreme care should be taken with any seller that has a questionable feedback record.
