Loss of advantage for the generally few bad guys that carry with intent to hurt might decrease. In that realm of thought, I do not fear bad guy with gun in anyplace I go. I go very few places and I am happy to live without fear. I am happy to live without gay rights because none of the places I go has any gain in overt gay rights. There seems to be two aspects to freedom, one of which we fail to acknowledge - to be free does not mean everyone thinks the same. I bet I knew more gay or gun carrying people when I was in high school 45 years ago and I felt free. I feel free today also and I don't care about guns or gay rights. Freedom is more than the demands the talking heads want to indoctrinate - both repugnant talking heads as well as progressive talking heads are idiots. Why I listen... is freedom I might easily abandon, but haven't yet... mao
