You'd need to be able to make primers I guess. Dad says cases aren't all that 
hard to get.

Realistically right now .22 ammo (or .223 I suppose) is the place to make 
money. If theres an unreasonable thing to buy out its .22, its not much of a 
self defense round and its extremely unlikely (other than that stupid 
California thing which won't stand) to be banned.
