It once was against the law (or credit card rules) to debit an account
before items are shipped IIRC.
Has anyone contacted Rusty to see if he knows anything about this situation?

the emails, pulled up my info, we went over the list and I placed the
order. It was 3:30ish, she said she would try to get the order in so it
might be shipped that afternoon.
I saw my bank acct had been debited on Friday last.
Today is a week later, still no parts.
