Seriously, I got 20 mpg on my NA 79 300TD and a but more (maybe 22) on the
highway. My bigger turbo 300SD gets 25 mpg and maybe 27 on the highway.
Both on DF2.

I went to UVA back in the mid 60s and the DC area was a just a bunch of
sleepy little towns with few traffic problems. I often drove through the
area going between NJ and VA. We even went to DC to buy booze or to go to a
nice restaurant or watch the airplanes takeoff and land at National. The
area has since grown like a cancer, IMO (under Ds and Rs). It's easy to see
where so much of our tax $$$ are going.

Tongue in cheek, I assume?
Otherwise, what's political about saying roads are clogged and traffic flows

like molasses in a certain area?

Mitch.
