Anybody have a reasonably simple approach to repairing this?

I found a disabled guy who paints in his garage when he feels
up to it. The severe paint problems on Ethelred were dealt
with for $300 and a case of beer. He used custom-matched
paint, and the job utterly transformed the car.

No, it was far from perfect (dust). But it was well worth
what I paid. I'd use him more, but his back has gotten
worse and he only does small jobs now.

He might do your job, but the car'd have to be here, of course.
